...rabid


It is another scorcher here in Chester County, PA. The boys may be foaming at the mouth which has nothing to do with rabies...it's the heat; and the humidity. My Dad celebrates his 55th birthday today using clever math tactics and good genetics. Back to foaming for a moment. On this day in 1885 Louis Pasteur successfully tested his vaccine against rabies. The patient was Fido, a dog who was bitten by a rabid boy named Joseph Meister.After a great weekend of friends and cookouts, it is a bit ruff to get back to reality, so maybe I won't.
