Hello. It is blustery outside as the snow falls and winds change their mind as to the snow's layout. People tend to do that with furniture arranging also. It is probably easier to move a snowflake, but that's up to Mother Nature, not me. The weather is beyond our control, so relax. Many find jazz music to be relaxing, depending on the genre tho'. On this day in 1917 the Original Dixieland Jazz Band recorded the first ever jazz record for the Victor Talking Machine Company in New York. Joan Rivers and I were at the release party, enjoying both he sound and the Manhattans. Not the Manhattan Transfer, the cocktail. The Manhattan Transfer didn't come around until a few years later. Today's photo is the 'Relaxed Roman Shade.' Board mounted and hand sewn cord rings, this transitional window treatment acts as both a shade and a fabric window treatment, so you don't have to buy both. I can make them out of your fabric or mine...or even sheets if they are clean. If you are listening to 'Birdland' right now while you read this blog, remember to feed them if you are having snow. Have a great day, relax and jazz it up a little.
